These Arizona State University music students are incredible. Wen Wu (clarinet player) from China came to the States to study for her undergraduate degree in South Dakota. She is now working on her doctorate degree in music performance at ASU. Tommy Tucker (sousaphone) is from Glendale, Arizona and has six weeks to complete his undergraduate degree in music performance after which he will start a graduate program studying the tuba. Richie Brennan (trombone) and Liam Connor (trumpet) are both freshmen this year at ASU. Richie is from Rio Rico, Az starting his degree in music education and Liam is a physics major from Seattle, Washington. They listened once to a tune Doc composed, then picked it up and started improvising. Hope you get a chance to share their music again tonight. There will be a New Orleans street parade starting in front of the palacio at 6:15 pm, Saturday, March 24, then the festival resumes down at the alameda tonight at 7:30 pm. There will be an informal jam session at Los Tersoros following the performance
