Pleased to announce that amazing Iyengar teacher, Deborah Bristow will be returning to Alamos for a great Iyengar Yoga workshop. She looks forward to sharing new yoga information from her recent studies.WHERE: El Pedregal Nature Lodge and Retreat Center. Packages that include lodging meals and instruction are available. and union of the mind and body. It is perfect for the beginning yoga
student as well as more advanced students. If you want to add yoga into your life, this is the perfect opportunity. For the experienced yogi, this is the best opportunity to kick your yoga practice up a notch. Deborah began her Iyengar Yoga studies in 1979 in San Francisco. She is a graduate of the Iyengar Yoga Institute Advanced Studies Program and most recently, the Iyengar Therapeutic Yoga Program. Deborah has continued her studies at multiple Iyengar Yoga Workshops in the US and in Pune, India, where she has spent over a year studying with Shri B.K.S. Iyengar and his family. She was in Pune, India, for the month of February, 2013, taking 6 classes a week, as well as assisting in the Medical Classes. This is the 17th year she’ll be in San Carlos and Alamos to teach! Deborah is certified on the Junior Intermediate Level 3 to teach Iyengar Yoga, and lives and teaches in Santa Fe, New Mexico. |
